Health and Fitness should be available to us all

Health is one of our greatest assets. Many times individuals with disabilities do not have the same opportunities to develop optimal health. UFIT is a grassroots program initiated to help people with a diagnosis or disability have access to beneficial and fun personal training alongside their typical peers in the community.

UFIT specializes in adapted, individualized programming to meet the specific needs of each client, including those with issues of obesity, those beginning their fitness journey with a personal trainer, or the person who does not like to exercise.

Individual, group and family sessions are held at the TrainingGrounds gym, 6791 Dublin Center Dr. Dublin, OH 43017 or in outdoor spaces around the community.

*We welcome volunteers/buddies to work out for free with UFIT athletes*

Please visit to register or to see session times. If you are interested in participating, please contact Peggy at or call/text me @ 614-937-8309. Additional sessions can be scheduled to accommodate your schedule.
